Biography

Martin Lebeau is associate Professor in Law at University of Rouen. He holds a doctorate in Private Law. He directs several programms dealing with notary law, in the University of Rouen and in the Centre de Formation Professionnelle Notariale de Paris. He is also Délégué Scientifique in the Haut Conseild’Evaluation de la Recherche et de l’Enseignement Supérieur. He was member of the Conseil National des Universités. He teaches private law (specially commercial law, labor law and civil law) in different institutions in France and abroad (University of Rouen, Paris Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi).

 

            As an affiliate professor at ESCP Europe Martin Lebeau works in the field of commercial law, more particulary in the labor Law.

 

            His publications cover a range of topics from commercial law to civil and labor law.
