Larry Marlow

Larry’s professional experience includes senior management roles across the public and private sectors in the fields of IT, marketing, public healthcare, academia, and management consulting. He is a registered clinical and organisational psychologist, an adjunct professor, and highly experienced executive coach. Larry works with individuals, management teams, and organisations to support business, cultural and personal behavioural change. He consults to some of Australia’s largest commercial and public sector organisations to enhance strategic thinking and enhance leadership capability.

COLLABORATIVE APPROACH

He is an Associate of Australia’s most prominent Business Schools (AGSM, Melbourne Business School, MGSM) teaching in Executive development programs as well as conducting an international program for nurse leaders and surgeons. He has partnered with AHEIA to conduct a national program to reduce bullying & harassment in Universities, The Australian Academy of Science to develop early and mid-career researchers and with The Business & Higher Education Round Table (BHERT).

He has provided thought leadership to Australia Post on the development of career pathways and to Boral on a workforce planning and management strategy for ageing gasfitters.

Larry is a past member of Council for the Research Institute for Asia & the Pacific and for the Editorial Board of the Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources.

He provides Executive coaching services as well as trains mentors and coaches within organisations.
