Kristien Van Bruystegem

Kristien Van Bruystegem graduated as a Commercial Engineer (Option Personnel & Organisation) at KU Leuven and holds a Master of Social and Cultural Anthropology (KU Leuven). Kristien Van Bruystegem works as a researcher at the HRM centre. Her main research activities focus on creativity and innovation. Furthermore she coordinates short HR-programmes and manages the Great Place to Work-project which nominates the best workplaces in Belgium and Europe.
