As the President and Founder of Angelus Learning, LLC, I provide project management services and DATA Act reporting consulting to large and medium-sized organizations in the private and public sector. For the past several years, I have provided subject matter expertise to the Data Transparency Office in the Bureau of the Fiscal Service. The Data Transparency Office launched USAspending.gov and its related reporting systems (the Broker and FABS), and continue to maintain those systems. I have an intimate knowledge of the DATA Act Information Model Schema (DAIMS), having acted as one of the primary designers of its Federal award-related files. Prior to that, I was a co-project manager for the re-launch of USAspending.gov in 2015 and the primary resource on the USAspending.gov Help Desk.
