Karl Croswhite

A certified Project Management Professional with over twenty years of experience in both traditional and Agile methodologies. I specialize in the development of high performance teams, problem solving, process improvement, and intervention and reclamation of failing projects. My focus has been the establishment of portfolio, program and project management organizations and the effective application of project management principles to product development life cycles. My customers include: aerospace, information technology, telecommunications, mortgage banking, public utilities, and work with government agencies.

I was recently recognized by the University of Washington for my years of service as an instructor in the Project Management program where I have also served on the Curriculum Advisory Board.
