INCAE Business School

Ph.D.- Massachusetts Institute of Technology Professor of Innovation and Technology Management at the INCAE Business School. His general academic interest is on regards to the role of digital technologies and social structures in the dissemination of ideas, behaviors and artifacts. Prof. Barahona has served as a consultant to companies and governments in several Latin American countries. He also is one of the pioneers in digital government of Costa Rica. He is currently focused on the use of sociometric tools to enhance management capabilities and business innovation as well as the study of disruptive innovations in public and private organizations
