BA from St Norbert College, MBA and JD from UW-Madison; CPA Wisconsin; Teaching at UW Madison School of Business since 1980 including undergrad business law and Executive MBA; co-founder of Madison business law firm Neider & Boucher; co-author of:several state statutes including limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships; and numerousl articles on these topics. Awards: Wisconsin State Bar's Charles Dunn award for the best article in 2010; Alumni Awards from St. Norbert College and Edgewood High School; US Small Business Administration Lawyer/Advocate of the year for Wisconsin in 1993 and 2005; named Wisconsin Super Lawyer since 2005 and one of Madison's best business lawyers for many years.
