Telefonica alumni, I left the company in March 2017 to break the inertia and build my own ventures in areas related to education, innovation, cultural change and people growth.
Passionate about education, I started my first school (www.productlab.es) in March 2017. One year later we launched The Hero Camp (www.theherocamp.com), a bootcamp for avid learners where you can get trained today in the soft skills, tools and capabilities that will prepare you for the future of work.
I also teach classes on soft skills for transformation, creative leadership, agile thinking, experimentation, learnability, teaming and responsive culture at leading business schools and innovation institutes
