Constance Lütolf-Carroll

Constance Lütolf-Carroll is an educator and entrepreneur. She is Lecturer of ESADE Business School and a member of the Business Policy Department. She is also Senior Visiting Professor of SDA Bocconi, Milan, Italy; Visiting Professor at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, the Netherlands; Visiting Professor at Aalto School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland; and the Seoul School of Integrated Science and Technologies (aSSIST), Seoul, South Korea.

She holds a BS in civil engineering from UC Berkeley, where she was a Regents Scholar, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. In continuing education, she has completed the Pension Funds and Money Management Program, Aresty Institute of Executive Education, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; the Financial Management Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business; and the Investment Management Workshop at Harvard Business School in partnership with the CFA Institute.

Constance began her career working as a refinery engineer for Exxon Company USA and eventually became a Registered Civil Engineer in the State of California. After completing her MBA, she joined Ibercorp SA, a leading securities brokerage in Spain, and served on the board of directors of Iberiancorp Gestion BV in the Netherlands. At Baring Securities (now ING) in Mexico, she was deputy director of equity research.
She is currently cofounder, principal, and board member of Netspan AG, a technology company, based in Switzerland.
Her professional memberships include Tau Beta Pi (the engineering honor society), Prytanean Women''s Honor Society (the oldest collegiate women''s honorary society in the United States), the Berkeley Engineering Alumni Society, the Stanford Alumni Association in Italy, and the ESADE Alumni Association.
