Jolyon Allen worked as a clinical psychologist and supervisor before spending ten years as Associate Director with KPMG Consulting (Organisation Development) followed by management consulting contracting. He currently consults to New Zealand companies in continuous improvement practices and staff development and has taught the management paper for the Post-Graduate Diploma in Business since 2006.
Jolyon’s work experience includes organisation restructuring and change management; leadership development; team development; psychometric assessment and selection; job analysis and competency analysis; counselling and coaching. This work has been in many sectors including primary and manufacturing (dairy, forestry, FMCG), telecommunications; and government services, and professional services (law, accounting, engineering, intellectual property).
