Jolande Bot-Vos joined Imperial College Business School in July 2016. She is programme director of the MSc Management and teaches financial and management accounting in several masters, executive and undergraduate programmes at The Business School.

Jolande’s career has spanned consulting, financial management and academia. For more than a decade Jolande was a management consultant at Arthur D. Little, where she led and participated in a wide variety of engagements in different industries and countries varying from strategy development, overhead restructuring programmes, and investment assessments, to new product development and pricing schemes. As Finance Director at an international hospitality business school Jolande was in charge of financial management of the school and led a restructuring programme to improve the school’s financial position and processes. On the academic side, Jolande was progamme director at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, responsible for five undergraduate degree programmes, and taught Financial Management to students in different bachelor programmes. She developed and launched an international undergraduate programme in business, initiated several curriculum innovation projects introducing active and blended learning methods and innovated accounting and finance courses to improve student success.

Jolande holds a Master in Business Administration (High Honours) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Science in Economics from The Erasmus University Rotterdam.
