John Algar

John is in great demand as a lecturer and consultant worldwide and also as a problem solver and change agent within international organisations, especially those who know they have a problem but aren''t quite sure what it is. His experience in industry and ability to authentically engage with people shines through in the lecture room, where delegates report "that''s where the magic happens!"

Current activities

John specialises in the area of international project management and dispute resolution issues on medium large contracts, with an emphasis on contracts, proposals and tendering issues, risk at all levels, cultural and people/relationship issues. His specialist areas of interest and research are: executive education benefits delivery; risk management; collaboration; contractual strategies and efficiencies; rule based relationship research; international contractual negotiations; facilitation; individual and team development. 

John creates, designs and delivers worldwide client customised programmes which lead to learning outcomes being consistently achieved in the most efficient and effective way for all parties concerned.

He has successfully completed projects for many blue chip clients worldwide, within the IT, telecoms, power and civil, steel and petrochemical industries.
