Jessie Reyes

Jessie Reyes is an accomplished Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with more than 30 years of leading successful initiatives, programs and projects in the service, manufacturing and distribution sectors. He is well-versed in leadership, strategic marketing and operations with a record of accomplishments in leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives that improve profitability and customer service support globally. Formerly, Reyes was Lean & Six Sigma program manager with Caterpillar Inc., where he managed the delivery and maintenance of the Lean Six Sigma dealer strategy for 82 Caterpillar dealers with 84,000 employees in North, South and Central America. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Bradley University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Aurora University. His professional training, certifications and recognitions include: American Society of Quality (ASQ) – Senior Member; Six Sigma Master Black Belt Facilitator Certification in DMAIC & DMEDI - Caterpillar Inc.; Lean Master Black Belt and Black Belt Facilitator – Caterpillar Inc.; Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification – Caterpillar Inc.; and Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) - Bronze Certification.
