Jennifer Winick Miller, MA has been involved in the health and wellness industry since 1996, when she began teaching natural foods cooking to adults and children. Currently, Jennifer supports the inner peace and vitality of parents and care-givers through her health coaching practice: J Miller Wellness. In addition to coaching, Jennifer is a Health Educator for Kaiser Permanente, where she specializes in teaching innovative approaches to stress management and healthy eating.

Jennifer holds a MA in Anthropolgy from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health.
