SKEMA

Jean-Luc Gaffard is a member of the research center KTO and a scientific advisor of the Department for Research on Innovation and Competition of OFCE. He is an honory member of the Insitut Universitaire de France. He holds a Doctorate in Economics and an HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches) from University Louis Pasteur Strasbourg. He has received Schumpeter Prize 2008 and the distinction 'Officier de l'Ordre National du Mérite'. He is the author of several books and a number of papers on the economics of innovation in many journals.
