Javier Bernad

Javier Bernad is a communication and marketing executive and founder of Speak & Span. Since 1998, his organization has given people in companies and business schools, especially in higher management, the skills and fundamentals of public speaking.

He has experience leading teams of over 100 employees, while managing some of the largest advertising accounts in Spain. Bernad was CEO of MediaCom España, a worldwide advertising media planning agency, part of the WPP group. He was previously Managing Director of Mediaedge:CIA, an advertising media-planning agency belonging to the same group. Throughout his career he has worked with a diverse group of clients and companies, including Procter & Gamble, British American Tobacco, and Buongiorno MyAlert.

Javier has degrees in Law and Business Administration from ICADE, E-3. He is also a certified trainer in Public Speaking by Succesworks, and is a member of the organization, Toastmasters International.
