In this two-month journey, participants will navigate six core modules dedicated to the fundamentals of business management.

Module 1. Strategy

Master the ins and outs of market competition. In this module, you will gain the tools you need to strengthen your competitive advantage as you unlock your strategic mindset.

Module 2. People management

Take your soft skills to the next level by discovering top-of-the-line techniques to lead yourself, your team and your organization to success. With a wide range of practical learning opportunities including Leadership, Managing an Organization, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, and Corporate Governance, this module allows you to apply your newfound knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Module 3. Finance

Understand how to analyze a company’s financial health as you gain top insights into the time value of money, capital budgeting and business valuation. Discover the link between risk, cost of capital and the weighted average cost of capital—all essential to driving sound financial decision-making in organizations.

Module 4. Marketing & sales

Gain and retain clientele. Adopt customers’ perspectives as you explore important issues in the marketing process. Familiarize yourself with the latest marketing and sales trends and acquire the resources you need to satisfy customer needs.

Module 5. Operations

A carefully designed and implemented operation process ensures that goods and services are produced effectively. In this module, participants will dive into the principles of process design, control, and improvement, while exploring the structure and management of different kinds of operation processes.

Module 6. Entrepreneurship & innovation

Entrepreneurship turns innovation into economic goods that benefit society, giving rise to fresh ventures and enterprises. In this module, participants will sharpen their entrepreneurial mindset, behaviors and skills. They will learn to identify business opportunities, gather resources, work in a team, and build a strong business plan.
