Emeritus Professor of Strategic Management, IESE, University of Navarra and visiting professor at IPADE (Mexico), San Telmo (Seville), AESE (Portugal), MDE Business School (Abidjan, Côte D'Ivoire), International School of Management (Granada) , EADA (Barcelona), IDE Business School (Ecuador).
He is a member of the board of directors of various European and Latin American companies. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona, an MBA from IESE, the University of Navarra, a Doctorate from La Salle Universitat Ramón Llull and a Numerary Member of the Royal European Academy of Doctors.
Throughout his professional career, he has held senior management positions at Agrolimen, Moulinex, Carnation, Nestlé, Sarrió, AGF Unión-Fénix, Borges International Group and Dairylac-Galacteum. He is an expert in consumer and distribution markets in Europe, the US and Latin America. He is a former member of Telefónica's Disruptive Council.
Experience in more than 45 boards of directors of European and American, multinational and family companies.
