Biography
Jaclyn Rosebrook-Collignon was born and raised in the United States. Living in France since 1993, her career has focused on teaching, international education and accreditations, sustainability and global responsibility issues. With over twenty years of teaching experience in higher education in France and the USA, specialized in languages, cultures and intercultural studies, Jaclyn is currently Affiliate Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management. Recent courses taught include “Intercultural Studies & Management” and “America & Identity in Post-9-11 Literature”. At GEM, Jaclyn is also a project manager at the Centre QUID working on international accreditations and sustainability issues. Having served several times as Resident Director for the Boston University Summer Program in Grenoble and directed the academic year program for SUNY Buffalo in Grenoble, she''s been director of Albion College in Grenoble since 1999. Awarded a BS in International Management from Boston University, an MA in French Language and Literature from Miami University of Ohio, a D.E.A. in English Language Studies from Université de Grenoble, Jaclyn is also a certified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) administrator. Her research interests are in contemporary literature, (inter)cultural studies and communication, pedagogy and skills assessment and transcultural issues of sustainability.
