Biography
Ryan Blunck is a lecturer in accounting at the Scheller College of Business. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa in 2009 and his Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 2003.
Professor Blunck is an experienced and enthusiastic teacher, having taught accounting to undergraduate, graduate, and MBA students over a 15-year period. He teaches a variety of courses including: Principles of Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Advanced Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, and International Accounting.
He has been recognized for his excellent teaching most recently by receiving the award for 2017- Lecturer of the Year: Core Business Courses at Scheller. Professor Blunck serves as the faculty advisor for the Honorary Accounting Organization (HAO), the accounting student organization at Scheller.
