Hilary Gosher

Hilary Gosher is a Managing Director at Insight Partners, and a growth zealot. She leads Insight Onsite, the firm’s operators and growth experts who accelerate scale at portfolio companies. Hilary founded this team and has worked with more than 200 software companies. She leads Insight's due diligence, software Centers of Excellence, portfolio community, and Insight’s marketing and PR.

Hilary has provided investment, growth and board support for Drillinginfo, Turnitin, 5 IPOs (Alteryx, Cvent, Mimecast, Medidata Solutions, Shutterstock) and 13 portfolio exits (notably, DataSift, Fuze, Evestment, ECI Solutions, OverDrive, Primavera, Netsmart Technologies, TeamViewer, Shunra, Vertafore).

Since 2016, Hilary has been an Adjunct Associate Professor at Columbia University's SIPA for Tech Entrepreneurship. She held this position for four years at NYU Stern School of Business. She serves on the Executive Advisory Board of TechWeek NYC, which fosters New York’s evolving tech community. She is a co-founder and Board Member of Declare, a firm dedicated to developing women business leaders. She has spoken at TechCrunch Disrupt, and participated in multiple tech-focused TV appearances and podcasts.

Hilary holds an MBA from INSEAD, France; a BA in Economic History, and a LLB, cum laude, from the University of Natal, South Africa.
