About me I am a Senior Lecturer in HRM and Programme Leader for BA (Hons) Business and Human Resource Management. I teach on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate HRM and business modules. I am module leader for the Level 2 Law and Equality module.

I previously worked as a generalist HR Manager and am a Chartered Member of the CIPD. My research considers the application of employment law in organisations by HR practitioners, the role of line managers in performance management, and student employment.
