Harshita is a Certified Leadership Coach with over 23 years of experience. As a trainer/coach, she uses variety of learning techniques to accommodate new realities in learner’s behaviors, habits and preferences.

She possesses a strong ability to collaborate with learners and teach new concepts in an effective manner. Her single focus as a trainer/facilitator is to help people to enhance their leadership impact by embracing new challenges and delivering on results, and building new leaders. The Be-Do-Have Model is the cornerstone of her coaching methodology.
