Guadalupe Díaz-Súnico

Guadalupe is a tax partner in the Barcelona office of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He has experience in advising private clients, focusing especially on cross-border tax residency and estate planning matters. In his 20 years of experience, he has advised numerous foreign private clients in their move to Spain, also in the structuring of their assets and in the review of existing structures, such as trusts, private foundations, etc., to organize them efficiently. and adequately plan its generational transmission via donations or succession.

Graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, she has a Master's in Business Law from the Pompeu Fabra University and has a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Financial and Tax Law.
