Biography

Grettel is a Chemical Engineer and INSEAD MBA. She has held strategy, marketing and project management roles and lead cross functional and cross-cultural teams in different industries. Grettel has worked for pharmaceutical companies such as: B. Braun Surgical, Eli Lilly and Novartis. While at Novartis, she was a strategic planner for the CEO of pharma and analyzed, assessed and made strategic recommendations on product portfolios. Over the last 6 years Grettel has been working in Executive Education and Executive Development, helping companies identify talent development needs working closely with HR and board executives and created executive programs for them. In this area she has worked with companies such as Danone, Haniel Group, Dow Chemical, Rijk Zwaan, TAAKT, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bausch & Lomb, Celgene, Novartis, Phoenix Group, Renault, Volkswagen Truck & Bus & Japan Tobacco International.
