Graeme is an international human resources professional with significant experience of leading global HR teams across multiple geographies. His career has spanned 25 years of corporate and line HR experience with companies such as Lafarge, Ceva Logistics, TNT, Inchcape, PwC and Lloyds Bank. His last corporate role was Chief HR Officer for Puma Energy, the leading mid and downstream oil company, where a focus of his role was to develop and implement talent pipelines for a growing organisation.

Graeme is currently an independent HR consultant with particular expertise in developing and implementing talent programmes that are closely aligned with business strategies. He has a degree in economics from the University of York and is a certified Executive Coach.
