Heinz College

A second focus is on management and organizational design. He has completed analyses of the optimal allocation of workers in administrative offices and the effects of budget allocation procedures within the Pennsylvania Office of Mental Health.

Professor Lewis is Vice Chairman of the Consumer Advisory Board for Peoples Natural Gas Co. and a member of the Advisory Committee of the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank.
