His research interests include topics related to individual and group judgment and decision making, and managerial negotiations. Glen is a former Associate Dean of Curriculum at Rotman, and is currently an Academic Director of the Rotman and Institute of Corporate Directors’ Education Program. Glen consults frequently to the private and public sector on negotiation and dispute resolution, decision making, risk management and corporate governance.
