Currently working as a strategy manager, I love to think out of the box and I have lot of ideas. But my focus is on implementation and execution. With a 10 years career in the energy and IT sectors, I have gained significant experience in incubating innovative ideas and developing them into businesses, bringing them from the first initial spark to the final operational steps. Leading teams of up to 30 people in the fields of strategy, sales & marketing and project management, I have built a solid track record, including :

  • The launch of several innovative product lines (energy efficiency, online services)
  • The redefinition of large organizations (1’500 people, $600 million turnover)
  • The implementation of several information systems (ERP, CRM, GED, …)
  • The development of one of the first university online course in Switzerland
