Georges Enderle

Georges Enderle conducts research on the ethics of globalization, wealth creation, business and human rights, corporate responsibilities of large and small companies, with a view on developments in China. Included among his new publications are his book Ethical Innovation in Business and the Economy (co-edited with P.E. Murphy), his chapter “Business and the Greater Good as a Combination of Private and Public Wealth” (in English and Chinese), his article “Exploring and Conceptualizing International Business Ethics” and his book review “Wall Street Values: Business Ethics and the Global Financial Crisis.” Enderle is Co-Founder of the European Business Ethics Network and a former President of the International Society of Business, Economics, and Ethics (ISBEE; 2001-2004). He teaches undergraduate courses on business ethics and corporate responsibilities and MBA courses on international business ethics and ethics in finance and banking. After gaining Masters in Philosophy (Munich), Theology (Lyon) and Economics, he earned a PhD in Economics from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and a PhD in Business Ethics from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
