Antwerp Management School
Frans De Braekeleer is professor emeritus of Public economics at HUB-KUL. For 16 years he was National Public Sector Leader for Deloitte. Presently he is Professor Public Management and Public Finance at Antwerp Management School as well as a board member of Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services and a retired board member of Deloitte Public Sector EMEA.
Furthermore Frans is a chairman and member of many public committees. He was a visiting professor at the National Economic University of Hanoi (Vietnam) in the Master Public Management program (organised in cooperation with Solvay Business School-ULB) for two academic years. He is also a lecturer in the PPP program organised by Flemish Knowledge Center.
His specialities include strategic and performance management and financial reorganisation for private and public organisations (e.g. Shape/Nato, Greek Public Sector Agencies, …). He works as a consultant in both areas of expertise.
