Flavia Nielsen

Flávia Angeli Ghisi Nielsen - Associate Dean for Innovation in Management Education at Fundação Dom Cabral since January, 2018. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in the educational sector, as researcher and professor, teaching classes on Methodology Research, Guidelines for Writing Dissertations and Thesis, Resolution of Case Study in Business, Negotiation and Retail Marketing, supervising more than 500 students, and receiving some awards for ?best papers? and ?best professor?. Author of 7 books and published over 70 papers/articles in Journals, conferences, and 8 book chapters. Coordinating and developing executive training solutions tailored to help companies such as Cisco, Carrefour, Telefonica, Unilever, IBM, Santander, Itaú, Bradesco, Cielo, etc. to develop employee skills in different areas of business, as human resources, marketing, TI, finance, retail, operation & services, BI, Retail, etc. She finished her Post-doctoral in Business at Copenhagen Business School, Copenhagen, Denmark in 2006 and at USP in 2009. She got her PhD in Business Administration at the University of São Paulo - USP, in 2005. She completed her Master degree at the Department of Production Engineering at the Federal University of São Carlos - UFSCar, in 2001. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo - USP, Campus of Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. Her areas of interest are retail, cases in business, methodology, marketing research, negotiation and branding.
