Biography
Dr. Eugene Kim is an assistant professor of organizational behavior in the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. His current areas of research include workplace aggression and victimization, emotion and well-being at work, and strategic human resource management. He has published in outlets such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Strategic Management Journal. He has served on the editorial board of the Journal of Applied Psychology. He has taught classes in the areas of organizational behavior and human resource management at the University of Minnesota and the Georgia Institute of Technology. He received several research and teaching awards from the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the University of Minnesota, and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
