Eric Gonzalez has a passion for leadership and encourages managers to become effective leaders who get results. By merging leadership principles with real world experiences, Eric delivers an exceptional experience to energize leaders for success.

A 1997 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Eric gained 20 years of leadership experience as a U.S. Air Force officer where he commanded an E-3 Sentry "AWACS" flying squadron, and supervised flying operations and training as a Deputy Group Commander. During his command tour, his unit won the Air Force Citation of Honor and the Chief of Staff Team Excellence award. Eric is a distinguished graduate of the Army Command General and Staff College. As a Regional Affairs Strategist, he coordinated political-military engagements for U.S. Southern Command. Additionally, he served as a Legislative Liaison officer, advisor on legislative matters and congressional engagements for General Officers.

Following his retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2017, Eric joined Alaska Airlines as a First Officer where he flew the Boeing 737 throughout the Alaskan Arctic, Pacific Ocean, and western United States. He has a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia and is fluent in Spanish. Eric resides in El Paso, Texas with his wife and four children.
