Eric Anicich studies the forms and functions of social hierarchy within groups. His research draws from and contributes to knowledge on leadership, teams, and social cognition. Professor Anicich's research has been published in leading academic journals including Organization Science, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Psychological Science, and Perspectives on Psychological Science.
