Biography

IESE Business School

José is Industrial Engineer, specializing in Industrial Organisation. He holds a degree from Comillas Pontifical University (ICAI) and an MBA from IESE (1996). In 1994 he began his professional career in the financial sector (Banco Santander, AV BBVA & Partners, BBVA and BBVA Asset Management).

In 2009 he definitively joined the portfolio management team at Cabiedes & Partners SCR, which has provided seed investments in the Spanish ICT sector since 1998 for companies such as Olé-ADQ, MyAlert, Privalia, Trovit, BlaBlaCar, Tiendeo and Kantox, among many others. He is a Board member at the media group EuropaPress.

He is also founding trustee and vice president of the Hazloposible Foundation - a leading organization in the creation of digital platforms benefitting the third sector ? and is active in various platforms to promote social entrepreneurship.
