My research deals with the practice of owner-management.

I’m particularly interested in the exit process and how the owner-manager’s perception of ownership and attachment to the firm influences the process and often hampers it. Also I’m interested in the governance structures of the owner-managed company and how this structure functions in practice and influences the management of the firms.

Courses

I teach the course Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Context at the master in Organizational Entrepreneurship.

Also I have taught Strategy at HA-almen.

Supervision

I supervise master theses, primarily at the Organizational Entrepreneurship master where I am also the thesis coordinator.
