Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad
Ekta Johar is a Doctoral Scholar in the Human Resource Management Area at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Prior to joining the doctoral program at Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India she has studied law from ICFAI Law School, Dehradun and completed her MBA from Amity University, Noida. She has worked in academia for 2 years wherein she has taught courses related to law and human resource management in graduate programmes. She has also undertaken various rural and community-based project with social organisations working in the state of Uttarakhand.
Her research interests include strategic human resource management, entrepreneurship, non-standard work arrangements and social networking. She has presented papers in reputed national and international conferences including the Academy of Management (USA) and British Academy of Management (BAM):
