R. Dru Drake is a distinguished member of the Carlson Executive Educator Network at Carlson School of Management. His teaching practice has included Guest Lecturer on External Growth Strategy, and Acquisition & Integration to MBA students and corporate executives at the Carlson School and McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University. Previously he was Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for 3M Company. Drake conducted due diligence on more than 400 companies and directly-managed the integrations of 15 acquired entities, including leading the global integration for a $1.4B purchase. He specializes in Finance, Strategy Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Sustainability, Emerging Markets, International Markets, Latin America, Acquisition Integrations, and Six Sigma. Drake received a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
