Douglas Riddle

Doug Riddle is Senior Advisor on Leadership Solutions and a Senior Fellow of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). For a dozen years, he was head of the coaching work at CCL and still coaches senior leaders and their teams around the world. Doug holds doctorates in psychology and theology, is a licensed psychologist and Fellow of the American Psychological Association. He has spoken, led programs, and trained professionals in over 20 countries on 5 continents. His articles, edited books, chapters, blog posts, and presentations have challenged tens of thousands of leaders to think more deeply and broadly about the kind of organizational environments they are creating.
