My PhD-project concerns the organization of participatory processes in contemporary art.

I focus in particular on issues relating to the organization of art in public and how it engages cultural policy organizations, municipal administrations, visual artists and local citizens.
I am interested in how the current emphasis on participation affects the practice and perception of contemporary art.
