Denise Zaporzan

Denise is the President of Denise Zaporzan and Associates who (prior to founding her Strategic Leadership Practice in 2002) successfully enjoyed over 20 years of corporate senior leadership involving financial and strategic planning, performance management & measurement, change readiness and strategy implementation across private and public sector industries.

As a trusted advisor, coach and facilitator, Denise effectively demonstrates her passion, energy and knowledge of strategy, leadership development, culture, team optimization, customized learning centres and multi-generational realities through the many clients she works with. Relationships with her clients are the heart of Denise’s business focus. She ensures results are measurable with every engagement she supports.

Denise is a Chartered Professional Accountant and was awarded her fellowship CMA in 2010. She received her Balanced Scorecard certification through the George Washington University and furthered her studies with Harvard Authors; Kaplan and Norton, in Boston in spring 2014. She has been a moderator in the CMA’s Strategic Leadership Program and in the Asper Business School’s Executive Education Studies. She speaks at conferences across North America on the subject of Strategy and Leadership. Denise currently serves on the board of the University of Manitoba’s Asper Associates, the Winnipeg Art Gallery, and is a member of the Advisory Board to a pharmaceutical company.
