Debra Martino

Debbie joined Graham Partners in 2021 as Director, Portfolio Company Tax. At Graham, Debbie is responsible for evaluating and implementing portfolio company tax planning strategies across the federal, state, and local tax areas for both direct and indirect taxes. She also provides operational finance support, assists with the formulation and implementation of tax strategies for M&A transactions, and is responsible for the communication of tax changes to key stakeholders.

Previously, Debbie spent almost six years as Assistant Vice President of Tax Planning and Advisory for Lincoln Financial Group. Prior to that, she was Director of Tax at Berwind Corporation and worked for over 15 years in Public Accounting for two of the largest accounting firms serving multi-national clients and Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, she is currently an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University.

Debbie earned her B.A. in Accounting from Drexel University and her M.S.T. from Villanova University.

Originally from Philadelphia, Debbie enjoys traveling and playing tennis in her spare time.
