David LIM

David has 20 years+ of architecting, solutioning, and consulting experiences in the industry. He is currently an Assistant Director in the Enterprise Architecture team at IHiS, after spending 9 years as Principal Solution Architect/Associate Director (Cloud) at NCS. Prior to that, he worked at Avanade Asia and Microsoft for more than 10 years. David has helped many organisations and government agencies with best practices and reference architecture to implement their mission critical systems. He is well versed with Singapore government’s cloud infrastructure and architecture standard, where he helped many agencies and institutions in embarking on their Cloud journey.

In his current role at IHiS, David has been developing enterprise architecture patterns, standards, guidelines, and playbook, particularly on Healthcare Commercial Cloud. He provides technical solution reviews to ensure governance and quality for various healthcare systems, used by public healthcare institutions & agencies. He is also a multi-cloud certified professional architect in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
