Darryl is a Partner in the tax division and leads our Transaction Tax Practice for Singapore . He has 30 years collective tax experience in the corporate and big 4 environment. He previously was the Head of Tax for a publicly listed diversified conglomerate in Hong Kong as well as holding other positions within commerce. He has extensive international tax experience, particularly across APAC, as well as transactions experience, specifically Private Equity, M&A and infrastructure.
