Biography

“Multicultural and multi-talented” is an apt description of Dante Mantovani. As a human resources consultant, coach and trainer, he has more than 20 years of business experience working for both local Brazilian and multinational firms. His career includes executive positions in procurement, business unit management and executive education.

He worked at the Brazilian consumer electronics firm Gradiente (now IGB Electronica), EY (Ernst & Young), CCR Group and HSM Executive Education. Dante’s Japan-related work experience includes delivering training for Mitsui as well as conducting negotiations with NEC, JVC, Kanematsu and Sumitomo corporations.

For PFC’s clients, Dante designs, manages and delivers corporate training, leadership development, strategic planning, change management, assessments, executive coaching and e-learning.

His eight-year consulting experience spans many industries and services, including consumer products, real estate, construction, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, banking, chemicals and e-commerce. He has also taught graduate-level business administration and human resources at leading Brazilian business schools, including Fundação Instituto de Administração – FIA, Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV and Business School São Paulo – BSP.

Dante earned his MBA from Boston College, where he studied operations and human resources management. He also has bachelor’s degrees in engineering and psychology and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in People Management. Dante is an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation and speaks fluent English along with his native Portuguese and conversational Spanish.
