Claudia Mueller

Ms. Mueller is a talent strategist who helps leaders, organizations and students prepare for the mining industry of the future. She has spent the last ten years researching the talent, skill and organizational challenges in the mining industry and regularly shares her insights as a speaker, panelist, facilitator and instructor.

Ms. Mueller is the Associate Director of the Global Mining Management MBA program at the Schulich School of Business and the Program Director for the Centre of Excellence in Mining Leadership at the Schulich Executive Education Centre, both housed at York University. Ms. Mueller strives to develop leaders for the global mining industry by offering a diverse range of educational opportunities. She is integrally involved in the development, management and delivery of academic courses as well as open and custom programs for mining clients.

Ms. Mueller is also the founder and president of a boutique consulting firm specialized in strategic talent development for small and mid-tier mining companies.

She holds a business law degree and a Master of International Business and has worked around the globe in areas such as Human Resources, Business Development, Capacity Building, Teaching and Research.
