"Success is about the difference you make in other people's lives" - M. Obama.

Before Michelle said this sentence, I already believed in it: My professional career was always led by the wish to make a difference in other people's lives, in the organisations they operated and in the communities/societies they belong to. I do this by advising, mentoring, lecturing, facilitating, training & coaching leaders and leaders-to-be. I especially enjoy working with women leaders and/or potential leaders, as I do believe Europe & the world need more feminine skills, talents & values to overcome the many challenges we are facing and to cope with a "new normal" of constant change and risk.

I assist the European institutions, other international organisations (UN, OECD, etc), private companies and non-profit organisations to develop successful strategies and programs to develop their leadership, to create diverse and more effective organisations & to innovate their tactics. I lecture in several European universities, speak in public & I'm currently co-authoring a book on Women Leadership in Brussels/Europe.

My 20 years of cross-cultural international experience allowed me to develop a unique MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH which gives me unusual effectiveness, versatility & flexibility. I go beyond traditional "boxes" of thinking and action to improve the possibilities of success of my clients.

My clients usually enjoy in me: enthusiasm, strategic vision, results-oriented, "helicopter view", creative "out of the box" solutions, connecting multiple/different "dots" together to find tailored solutions, and emotional intelligence.
