Biography
Center for Creative Leadership
With over 25 years of experience in product and market development, Diane is a client focused designer with extensive experience launching training products, programs and large scale development initiatives. She is able to clarify individual and organizational development needs, and creatively package the content in a way that helps the learner absorb and apply the information. She has a proven ability to develop and implement new strategic initiatives, lead cross functional teams, and creatively address complex problems. Recent projects include everything from designing organizational leadership development services to an online Boundary Spanning toolkit complete with instructional videos.
Diane has held a variety of positions at the Center for Creative Leadership in Strategy, Planning and Information, Marketing, Program Management and New Product Development. In her tenure at CCL, Diane has managed large internal strategic initiatives that enabled the Center to better serve our global clients. She played a large role in CCL’s global expansion including the opening of offices in APAC and Russia. In addition, she led CCL’s Language Strategy Initiative for its first three years positioning CCL to deliver content in multiple languages.
Diane is currently a Design Faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership. Her work focuses on developing, designing, and packaging CCL’s new content into services, programs and tools that engage the user. Currently, Diane focuses on creating blended initiatives, supporting learning transfer, and application toolkits. She has used multiple delivery channels including many online media to deliver content in the workplace when it is most needed.
Through design and facilitation, Diane has worked with and supported multiple CCL clients representing educational organizations such as Southern Methodist University, nonprofits such as the Greensboro Fellows, and other professional services organizations. Many of these collaborations spanned multiple years.
Diane earned a B. A. in Chemistry and a B. A. in Technical Writing from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a certified Project Management Professional, and trained in the Center’s 4Mat design process.
Diane is an active member of Product Development Management Association and the Project Management Institute. She has presented at a wide range of at professional conferences and is a Charter Member of two Toastmaster Groups.
