Biography

Mr. Paul is chief financial officer & operating partner of Bowside Capital. He is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions of the firm, performs due diligence on new investments and conducts portfolio oversight.
Mr. Paul joined Bowside Capital after serving for over two decades in senior financial roles in the industrial, energy and real estate industries. He was most recently the chief financial officer of Vogt Power International Inc., a private equity owned company. Prior to Vogt, Mr. Paul served as chief financial officer of Huguenot Fuels Inc., a Glencore company. Prior to Huguenot, he was the chief financial officer of a real estate-focused family investment office. Earlier in his career, Mr. Paul held various roles within the corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions groups of Duke Energy Corporation and Griffin International and Associates, Inc.
Mr. Paul is a member of the board of directors of Coastal Carolina Council, Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Paul received a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University and a M.Sc. in Finance from Georgia State University.
